Solution
We built the end-to-end assessment journey — mobile instructions and capture for assessors, head-office validation, and customer portal release — and integrated with legacy systems so introduction could run in parallel with what teams already knew. The platform is designed for high volume: tens of thousands of assessments stored, with thousands of users relying on it through the year.

Over 12,000 users access the system per year, with tens of thousands of assessments held securely. Integration with legacy systems eased rollout and adoption while still delivering a modern field-to-customer closed loop.
